Overview
The Pacific Crest Trail (PCT) is a trail the length of America, stretching from Mexico to Canada. The trip is extremely varied as it travels through California, Washington and Oregon.
When to Walk
Most northbound walkers start around the end of April. The starting window is limited by extreme heat in the south and snowstorms towards the end of the route.
